About the Event
This is a two day course that will teach you the mechanics of the PPA system, what understanding behavour can do for your people and how it can help your business. The program will equip you with practical skills, such as how to read a PPA profile, how to give feedback to candidates, how you can modify your behaviour to manage your team, how and when to use the assessments, the type reports available on the Thomas Hub, and how your organisation can benefit from using them.
This program is especially relevant for leaders who want to find more about their leadership style, their impact on others, and how to leverage on their preferred traits to be effective leaders. The concepts covered, will also enable leaders to apply to managing diverse teams and how to work towards creating high potential teams.
