2-Days TEIQue Accreditation Workshop

A two day course designed to a more structured and practical understanding of emotional intelligence. The TEIQue training will equip you with the knowledge to interpret the results of our Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire.

Thomas will teach you how to assess the demands a job can have on someone’s emotional intelligence as well as how to use the results of an assessment to highlight areas of both strength and likely development.

As emotional intelligence becomes ever more important in the workplace, you will develop an understanding of the importance of high quality feedback and the value TEIQue can have when used in coaching, training and developing people.
