As a result of our close interactions with clients, we have had the opportunity to observe the outcomes of how professionals approach their career development.

As we follow the careers of some individuals, we have observed how some have made the wrong "moves". And many a times the cost of such "mistakes" can very expensive. It is possible for one to make several of such "mistakes" and end up experiencing what we call "career regression".
